Okay, this will probably piss most of you off, it did me. Madonna’s Daughter Lourdes Leon has started a blog to create hype for her new fashion range. In her first post she described My Chemical Romance as “THE BEST BAND EVER for realzzzz”.

Sorry for the delay in news, I’ve lost my Internet connection at home. I will upload the avatars I have been working on sometime later this week.
Anyway, there is a double page spread poster of My Chemical Romance in this weeks issue of Karrang! Magazine. It’s an old image from a photoshoot from 2004/2005. The next issue of Karrang! is out Wednesday (23rd June), so if you want the poster make sure to grab a copy before then.

Due to the lack of band news at the moment I have decided to have a go at making a few new avatars. For those of you that use avatars, what do you like on them?. I’m never sure what images or text to use. I have created a poll so that you guys can have a say in what you want them to look like. Cast your vote and I’ll post some new avatars as soon as they are done. You may select more than one option.

I am also willing to create custom avatars to include names, specific images, quotes or whatever you like. If you would like me to have a go just contact me and let me know.

The Twitter user priscillaplatz recently posted a picture of Bob Bryar taken at the Six Flags theme park. The image was taken last Saturday (May 29th), and is the first picture of Bob to surface since his split from the band. Thanks to A$h for that.

Gerard Way will be a special guest at this years Comic-Con in San Diego. The event takes place from July 21st (Preview Night) to July 25th.

Bandit Lee Way turns one year old today. Happy Birthday Bandit and congratulations to Gerard and Lindsey.

Almost forgot about these. I scanned Kerrang! #1310 (May 1st 2010) for you guys. This is the “Classic My Chemical Romance Interview” from back in 2004 (See my earlier post). The interview originally took place on Gerards 12th day of being sober, when Bob had just joined the band. They’re not great quality, if I get the chance I’ll try and polish them up a bit later. Enjoy.

Kotaku.com posted an article earlier today about My Chemical Romance’s apperance on the upcoming release “Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock”.

That said, the presence of My Chemical Romance and AFI amongst the featured bands does not bode well, no matter how many Slayer songs they throw in to dilute the effects (so far it’s just one, Chemical Warfare).

I don’t follow the games myself, but according to Wikipedia I’m Not Okay (I Promise) will be included in the game. That’s currently set for release on September 21st 2010.
