Gerard Way Talks Style
An article was posted at MTV.com earlier today about Gerards recent discussion with VMan magazine. The singer briefly commented on music and style.
“Gerard Way said working in the world of rock is a lot less Technicolor. ‘Rock and roll is a kind of death fantasy, but you don’t want to die — that’s the trick,’ he said. ‘It’s about immortality. … For me, wearing black is just what I’ve always liked. I went to art school. That’s what you do in art school.’”
The full article also includes comments from Justin Bieber, Adam Lambert and Cobra Starship’s Gabe Saporta, though there is no more from Gerard.

New MCR Album And Single Release Date?
There’s been some speculation recently over an article posted at MetroNews.ca, which mentions a possible album release date and upcoming single.
“My Chemical Romance will have a as-yet-untitled album in stores March 30. Watch for a single in the coming weeks.”
To be honest, I doubt it’ll happen that soon, but make what you will of it.

New Album Recorded In Baby Puke
An article posted a gigwise.com sums up Gerard’s interview with Spin magazine, in which he discussed juggling recording and fatherhood.
“I was pretty worn out. Lyn-Z and I had the baby, and then two weeks after that I was in the studio.
I was never showering. I would show up in a T-shirt covered in baby puke – you can pretty much picture the glamorous nature of that. And so we would work every day, and as soon as we were done I would rush right home and help Lyn-Z with the baby.”
